NEXA Presents The Spotlight: Linetribe_’s ‘Pinnacle’ and Richa Khemka’s ‘Vesper’ Bring ‘The Unseen’ to Lakmé Fashion Week
Sakshi Sindwani and Diana Penty walked as showstoppers in two presentations built around the stories, craft and perspectives beneath the surface
Maruti Suzuki NEXA Presents The Spotlight brought two distinct creative visions to Lakmé Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI, as winning designers Linetribe_ by Gaurav Jagtiani and Richa Khemka unveiled their collections on 18 October 2026 at Taj Palace, New Delhi. Centred on the theme ‘The Unseen’, the showcase explored stories, craftsmanship and perspectives that often sit beyond what is immediately visible, through immersive presentations that mixed contemporary design, innovative construction and storytelling.
More Than a Runway Show
NEXA Presents The Spotlight goes beyond the usual runway format. It gives designers the chance to build a larger world around their collections through fashion, set design and storytelling. For the October 2026 edition, the platform looked at ‘The Unseen’: the craftsmanship and processes behind a garment, untold narratives, overlooked perspectives and the emotions beneath the surface. The result gave audiences a closer look at the ideas and creative journeys that shape a designer’s work. That is what NEXA Presents The Spotlight set out to do in October 2026.
Linetribe_ and ‘Pinnacle’: What Success Hides
At NEXA Presents The Spotlight, Linetribe_ by Gaurav Jagtiani presented ‘Pinnacle’, a collection that questioned traditional perceptions of success and glamour and looked at the often-unseen journeys behind the personas people show the world. It is rooted in the idea that modern aspirations are increasingly defined by individuality, having a voice and making a difference, and it offered an introspective view of contemporary dressing.
Known for its distinctive approach to tailoring and construction, Linetribe_ showed structured, androgynous silhouettes that balanced strength with vulnerability. Sharp outerwear sat against fluid inserts, and strategic cutaways gave glimpses of skin, reflecting the human side of an otherwise structured aesthetic. Hand-executed quilting added a sense of protection, in line with the collection’s interest in the layers people build around themselves.
The Pinnacle Palette
A restrained palette of blue, black and grey, with subtle touches of ivory, brought discipline to the presentation. Reimagined pinstripes and carefully placed hand-dyed ombrés highlighted the label’s signature design language, making a collection that was both commanding and deeply personal.

The show ended with Sakshi Sindwani, a prominent voice for body positivity and inclusivity, as showstopper. Embodying the brand’s philosophy of confidence without conformity, she walked in a black power-shoulder pantsuit, lifted with vibrant green accents and Linetribe_’s signature ruching details.
Richa Khemka and ‘Vesper’: Light, Shadow and Reflection
Richa Khemka offered a contrasting reading of the theme with ‘Vesper’, a collection that explored identity through reflection and transformation. Drawing on the visual language of noir, it looked at the interplay of light, shadow and refraction, creating a world where familiar forms took on unexpected dimensions.
Structure
- Sculptural silhouettes
- Metallic surfaces
- Reflective surfaces
Transparency
- Delicate sheer layers
- Fluid layers
- Light, shadow and refraction
Sculptural silhouettes, metallic surfaces and delicate sheer layers formed the foundation of the collection, pairing contrasting textures and forms to explore the many facets of identity. The interaction between structure and transparency built a strong visual narrative, while reflective surfaces and fluid layers added movement and intrigue. Through ‘Vesper’ at NEXA Presents The Spotlight, Khemka presented a contemporary expression of femininity that embraced transformation and invited audiences to look beyond appearances to the complexities beneath.
Actor Diana Penty walked as showstopper for Richa Khemka, bringing the collection’s interplay of strength, elegance and individuality to a close. Her look paired an embellished black bralette with a high-waisted black-and-white fringed skirt, finished with a dramatic slit, and a black cummerbund belt with silver embroidery defined the waist.
What Maruti Suzuki NEXA Said
With the presentation of ‘Pinnacle’ and ‘Vesper’, NEXA Presents The Spotlight continued to offer a platform for emerging design talent, encouraging designers to push creative boundaries and find new ways to present their work. Two distinct creative voices under one theme showed how fashion, craftsmanship and storytelling can reveal perspectives that often go unseen.
