ARJAN DUGAL PRESENTED AN EDGY MENSWEAR COLLECTION AT LAKMĒ FASHION WEEK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FDCI
New Delhi, 10th October, 2025: Aimed at the adventurous male dresser, Arjan Dugal’s line for men who want to make an unconventional, sartorial statement was a neo classic look at Lakmē Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI. There was a marked edginess in the label’s offering, when contemporary silhouettes were merged with minimalism, while rich colours and unconventional prints were all aimed for the festive occasion wear season.

The brand started in 2014, Arjan’s Fall/Winter 2025 look for the coming season, had its roots in Indian heritage but with modern sensibilities. The choice of fabrics moved seamlessly from Habutai silk, brocade and organza. The layers were structured but fluid, with surface ornamentation being the focal point.
Zardozi was elevated to a new level, while hand done Dori work, Marodi, cutwork and scallops, added an intriguing but restrained appeal. The colour palette was exciting and catered to day and evening wear. With immaculate finish and sharp tailoring Arjan skillfully combined crafts with innovation.
For Delhi based designer, Arjan Dugal, men’s wear fashion started as a fashion dialogue that moved from simplicity to ceremonial attire. Kurtas, sherwanis, Nehru jackets, shirts and suits, strutted effortlessly on the runway and offered great options to the discreet buyer.
“I visualized my men’s wear in contemporary silhouettes but with minimal emphasis on the designing concept, which will appeal to a cross section of men’s wear buyers,” revealed Arjan Dugal regarding his collection.
The Arjan Dugal men’s wear collection was all about quiet luxury that will stand the test of time for men who opt for timeless fashion.
SIDDHARTHA BANSAL WOVE A FASHIONABLE INVENTIVE STORY AT LAKMĒ FASHION WEEK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FDCI
A textile design graduate from NIIFT, Siddhartha Bansal has been showered with several accolades and awards ever since he launched his eponymous label in 2015. When it comes to fashion designing, Siddhartha believes in creating wearable art that tells a great timeless story. His inspirations are quite varied, ranging from crafts to folklore of our country, traditions, landscapes and other esoteric subjects.
Siddhartha’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection “Paradise City” at Lakmē Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI, was an ode to summer coolers, candy colours, jelly flowers and frozen blooms. Here was a line of garments that exuded a sense of coolness with their translucent quality and textures that were inspired by ice, cake decorations and candies.

The silhouettes were visions of fluidity, as power tailoring acquired a touch of delicate softness but with renewed dimensions for the global traveller. A wide assortment of colourful, fresh, stately column dresses, relaxed kaftans, practical safari jackets and fluid co-ord sets were brought to life in sorbet pastels, as well as flirty candy brights and icy dyed hues.
Embroidery played a vital role and was the focal point of Siddhartha’s creations. 3D hand work blossomed in the form of pressed petal motifs, while jelly beaded florals livened up the ensembles along with crystal like embellishments.
Accessories have always been of utmost importance for Siddhartha to complete the look for the coming season. The designer gave an exciting ‘top to toe’ fashion direction with tinted glasses, tiny pouches that doubled up as necklaces, quaint candy box clutches, beaded bags, organza boots, pillow inspired bags and floral bouquet clutches that all came together perfectly in the quirky accessory list.
The translucent heels for the shoes, whimsical bag charms and a variety of printed scarves completed the sartorial look for the fashion forward lady.
“I have always designed collections that have an international appeal with a hint of romance that will appeal to the buyers,” stated Siddhartha Bansal.
The essence of Siddhartha Bansal’s “Paradise City” collection lay primarily in its international aesthetics. This undoubtedly turned each garment into a wearable artefact, which will make a lady feel precious, as if engulfed in the freshness of frozen blooms.
